In partnership with The Futures App, all of our players have access to a player profile to log their progress throughout their time in the program. This includes specific measurables, customized training programs and video breakdowns geared to help each player's development.	Each player has the opportunity to have an in-depth evaluation recorded in The Futures App to assist out staff in finding the best way to home in on exactly what areas that player lacks. We will then provide recommended training options that we feel fit that player's needs best.	Through our partnership with Evoshield, each player has access to our custom Player Pack. This includes two game hats, three dri fit jerseys, and a pair of practice shorts. These items are worn for practices throughout the offseason and are worn in the spring/summer as our game uniforms.	Travel sports is an investment in each athlete's future. Understanding that, we offer a custom sponsorship template to each player in our program to help families offset the cost. Families have the ability to fully offset the annual tuition of playing in our program through these sponsorships.

Open Facility	Team Practices	Tournaments / Midweek League
Free to each player in our program, Open Facility is a great way to capitalize on your focused areas of development. The first two months of the season have up to 20 hours per week of open time for athletes to come in and utilize our facility.	Beginning in November, each team will practice once a week with their team to ensure proper relationships are built and everyone can hold each other accountable for the development of the group. Over the course of the off-season, teams will have a total of 20 practices.	Prior to each season, through team evaluation at practices, teams will be placed in tournaments that challenge them, but also allow the opportunity to develop at a consistent rate. Similar to prior seasons, we will compete in the Major YBL, which consists of roughly 14 midweek games. (7 home, 7 road) [or we will create our own in-house league]. Along with the YBL, we will play in 5 total tournaments spanning from May to July. Four events will be local (Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois), along with one destination trip which will require a hotel stay.
